Our love for a simple life, for sincere things, and the will to preserve the most authentic tuscan traditions, inspired us during the creation of Podere Scarabattoli, a charming Bed and Breakfast located in Signa, near florence.
We love to share this little corner of Tuscan paradise with our guests, to live together unforgettable moments : this is our philosophy.
We are in a Tuscany country side area, famous for its wine production (we are near the Carmignano area) and for its excellent extra olive oil production.
Located in the beautiful Hills in the country area near Florence, Podere Scarabattoli is an old farmhouse completely renovated keeping the original architecture. We offer 6 comfortable double bedrooms in tipical tuscan style! Each bedroom has one king bed, bathroom with shower, frigo bar, tv, telephone, safe, AC/heating.
Once here, you’ll have the possibility to discover our 15 hectars riding our horses, through beautiful olive trees, or enjoy your time walking in the outskirts, or relaxing in our enchanting outdoor swimming pool…..all activities that you can do at just 14 km far from the historic heart of Florence!
Podere Scarabattoli is also a very strategic point to discover the North side of Tuscany. You can reach Florence by train (it’s the most comfortable way and you need just 15 minutes); Siena is just 1 hour by car, the same time that you need to reach the enchanting Lucca or the famous Pisa. And then …Chianti area, only 45 km from us, or Vinci, the characteristic jewel in which the famous Leonardo was born!
